DESCRIPTION:Explore ways caregivers and communities can help shape programs\, services and support systems. Benjamin Rose’s annual full-day\, in-person conference brings together caregivers\, professionals\, researchers and community partners on Thursday\, Dec. 3\, from 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. at the Benjamin Rose Conference Center. This year’s theme is Co-Create: Partnering with Caregivers and Communities to Shape Programs\, Services and Supports.\n\n\nRegistration and breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m.\, and conference activities start at 9 a.m. The keynote speaker is Fayron Epps\, PhD\, RN\, of Georgia State University. Tickets are $60\, all sales are final\, and eligible attendees can earn 4.5 CE credit hours. Free scholarships are available to students and family caregivers.
