DESCRIPTION:Learn grounding skills through expressive arts\, gain self-awareness\, develop coping skills\, and learn how to navigate challenges. Classes are facilitated by a licensed therapist. Participants will experience connection to self and others while exploring shared feelings\, events\, and circumstances.\n\n\nChildren faced with challenges\, including anxiety\, inattention\, hyperactivity\, impulsivity\, emotional dysregulation\, and/or difficulty connecting with others\, will benefit from this group. No previous arts experience needed.\n\n \n\n\nAges 7-11.
