Starting at age 14, your child needs to start planning what the future might look like. For resources to help their journey into adulthood, mark your calendars for the 2026 Northeast Ohio Transition Expo on April 25 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., which will be held at the Independence Civic Center, 6363 Selig Blvd, Cleveland.
The Northeast Ohio Transition Expo will have over 70 vendors to support the transition into adulthood. It will feature exhibitors in employment, recreation, assistive technology, housing, family support, day programs and more. The Expo welcomes individuals with disabilities, families and caregivers, students and professionals. Free registration for attendees, also, a sensory room and universal changing table will be available.
