Ansel’s Cave Hike: History Written in Rock

Hike and discover history written in a rock in a restricted area. Join a Geauga Park District naturalist on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 10 a.m.–noon for a rare chance to go into Ansel’s Cave, which is normally closed to the public. The hike is 2 miles over hilly terrain with a stream crossing, so dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear that can get wet.
Admission is free. The park district may cancel programs in severe weather, so check the website before heading out, and call 440-286-9516 to ask about registration. Visit geaugaparkdistrict.org for details.
