The Little Mermaid Description: “Disney’s 2023 live-action The Little Mermaid, directed by Rob Marshall, is a reimagining of the 1989 animated classic, featuring Halle Bailey as Ariel, a spirited young mermaid who trades her voice to the sea witch Ursula (Melissa McCarthy) for legs to explore the human world and pursue Prince Eric (Jonah Hauer-King).”
