Family Fishing Fest

Families can fish for rainbow trout and catfish that have been stocked all along the Ohio & Erie Canal. Families can park at the CanalWay Center lot off E. 49th St. and walk the paved trail.
- Enjoy exploration stations, bait-digging, casting practice, and loaner fishing poles
- Prizes: Available for youth ages 15 and younger
- Food: Food trucks
Important Rules
- Anyone age 16 and older must have an Ohio fishing license
- Participants are encouraged to bring a rod, tackle, and a cooler with ice. Bait is provided.
