Remington College invites guests to discover The Art of Pad Thai during this hands-on culinary class. Participants will learn how to prepare this beloved Thai dish from scratch while exploring the balance of flavors and techniques that make Pad Thai a favorite around the world.
During the class, attendees will prepare rice noodles, create a traditional tamarind sauce, and add fresh toppings while learning tips for building flavor and achieving the perfect texture. By the end of the session, participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of the ingredients and techniques that bring the dish together.
The deadline to register is March 18.
