Medina’s Marvelous Mammals: Bobcats
Come and learn if bobcats live in Medina County and where they got their name at this free special event. The morning will begin inside for learning. Then, the group will go outside for a hike. No live animals will be at this program. Ages 7 and up recommend. 10-11:30 a.m.

The seeds are missing and there are many potential suspects. The world’s most absentminded squirrel detective, Squirrelock Holmes, and her brother are on the case. They investigate the disappearance of sunflower seeds from the neighborhood bird feeder and interview a hilarious array of suspects, including a dreamer tortoise, joke-loving crow, and a selfie-obsessed mole. They discover that solving a mystery also requires learning why things happen. 2:30 p.m.

Find out more »Egg Hatching at the Library
Stop by the children’s department to see chicken eggs ready to hatch beginning Monday, February 23rd. An incubator set up the library will also be livestreaming the eggs. More info to come. After hatching, the chicks will hang at the library for a week before being relocated. Sundays 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays 9 a.m.-9 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
