Participants are invited to raise awareness and support free mental health programs in Stark County by forming a team or walking solo. A free health fair complete with raffle prizes is included, as well as, face painting, photo booths and more.

Healthy Kids Day® (HKD) is a free, family-friendly community event with a focus on healthy habits for kids and families put on by the YMCA. The event will feature hands-on activities, games and experiences that promote physical activity, nutrition, mental well-being and family fun. 2–3 p.m.

Healthy Kids Day
Free activities focused on active physical play, nutrition education, STEM, the arts, and more. For over 30 years, Ys have celebrated Healthy Kids Day by hosting these events. This year, the Akron Area YMCA association will be joining together to present an afternoon highlighting the great things that the Y offers. Ages 3-12 years. 1-4 p.m.
