Changing of the Guard at Fort Laurens
The Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) will perform a traditional D.C.-style Changing of the Guard ceremony in front of the Tomb of the Unknown Patriot approximately every 15 to 20 minutes. We kindly ask attendees to keep quiet and avoid interruptions during the ceremony. The SAR will hold a memorial service the following day at 10:30 am. Both events are free and open to the public.
