Spooky Pooch Parade
Enjoy a free festival, a parade along Madison Avenue and surrounding streets, an awards ceremony for the best dressed dogs and their owners. This is a favorite autumn tradition for Northeast Ohio dog lovers. The festival provides a tail-wagging good time for canine and human guests alike. Families can fish for rainbow trout and catfish that have been stocked all along the Ohio & Erie Canal. Families can park at the CanalWay Center lot off E. 49th St. and walk the paved trail. Enjoy exploration stations, bait-digging, casting practice, and loaner fishing poles Prizes: Food: Important Rules Anyone age 16 and older must have an Ohio fishing license Participants are encouraged to bring a rod, tackle, and a cooler with ice.
