"The Empowered Mom" Giveaway
In honor of Mother's Day, today's giveaway focuses on self-care for moms! In our May issue, we feature Abby Dosen, local mom and author of "Realistic Self Care for Moms," an interactive journal that offers real, practical self-care tips that can easily fit into the busiest of days. One lucky winner will receive an autographed copy of Dosen's book, plus a ticket to her upcoming "The Empowered Mom" event that takes place this Thursday, May 7, from 6-8 p.m. in Lakewood. The event will cover the highs and lows of motherhood, and why it's time to silence the "mom guilt" and prioritize the self-care you deserve.
