At the end of the day, I really do not want to think “What’s for dinner?” Even though I feel like I have made a ton of headway in terms of grocery shopping and meal-planning, there are nights I get home from work and simply pull out some pre-made pancakes from the freezer to microwave, or get out the skillet to fry up some eggs for me and the kiddos. Breakfast for dinner is something I did not grow up eating, but I love it.
