
On July 19, 2014, the City of Fairlawn will celebrate the 40-year anniversary of Croghan Park with a rededication ceremony and a War of 1812 Encampment. Reenactment participants, modern day vendors (food trucks) and the public will be invited to this one-day event. A free shuttle bus will be provided from the Summit Mall parking lot to the park at 99 N. Miller Road in Fairlawn. The day will begin with the rededication ceremony, continue with period activities and demonstrations and culminate with a dinner with the reenactment participants and music.
