The Asian Lantern Festival is presented by Meijer and returns to Cleveland Metroparks Zoo beginning Thursday, July 9 and will run daily through August 8th. Experience the Zoo illuminated after dark, featuring live performances and a variety of culturally inspired food.
New this year! Expect more hands-on interactive experiences and the debut of the K-Pop Family Dance Party. Come ready to dance the night away with an energetic, interactive experience for all ages. Enjoy dance tutorials led by the house and interactive games that invite guests of all skill levels to join the fun.
Guests will have the opportunity to turn on some of the lanterns and walk-through tunnels and themed areas, including the RainForest Path presented by CrossCountry Mortgage.
The full walk-through experience will take place Thursdays through Sundays from 6:30-10:30 p.m. when the Zoo is excited to announce the return of the Asian Lantern Festival Drive-Thru Experience presented by McDonalds of Northeast Ohio. Some nights, guests will be able to drive-thru the festival from their own vehicles.
Elevate the Asian Lantern Festival experience with a VIP Walk-Through Package, available on select Friday and Saturday evenings. This is designed for groups of up to eight people, the package includes festival admission, a private covered tent, a catered menu of Asian-inspired favorites, beverage service, and more.
$49-59/vehicle. Walk-up after 6 p.m. is free. $24/person – $87/ 4-pack.
