Starting at 10 am, take part in more than 12 free classes for all ages and abilities in dance styles including Contemporary, Ballet, African Drum & Dance, Hip Hop and more. Community Dance Day is a wonderful time to try out the art form of dance and its many styles and celebrate movement together.

Then, at 3 pm, come see a wonderful free dance performance featuring some of Northeast Ohio’s best local youth dancers in Playhouse Square’s Allen Theatre! This showcase provides local dance students with a professional performance experience in an iconic Playhouse Square theatre. The showcase will display a wide range of dance styles and will feature the highest caliber of student performers and choreographers from across Northeast Ohio. Tickets will be general admission and free but reservation in advanced is recommended as this event is expected to sell out.
