Meet costumed volunteers such as Caterpillar, Raccoon, Salamander, and Opossum while being guided by a quiet “Firefly” along a jack-o-lantern lined trail. These nocturnal characters sing, tell jokes and share stories of life in the woodlands and teach about the interconnectedness and importance of nocturnal species.
Afterwards, stop by TWC’s Observatory and view the night sky through a powerful telescope.
The trail is ~ 1/2 mile and suitable for all ages. “Fireflies” use solar powered lanterns to guide guests along a jack-o-lantern lit trail. Flashlights are not permitted. Children are encouraged to dress as their favorite animal.
$12 / Person, Children age 2 and under are free. Friday 6:30–8:30 p.m. & Saturday 4:00–8:30 p.m.
