Middle School Career Day at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium

An exciting, hands-on introduction to the fascinating jobs around an aquarium. Students will meet marine educators, aquarists, divers and animal care experts. They will also find out what it’s like to work with ocean animals on a daily basis. Students will explore different aquarium careers and imagine themselves in those careers.
Middle school students will have the opportunity to feed stingrays, tour the animal food prep kitchen, interview members of the Aquarium dive team, and try out daily Aquarium staff tasks. These activities will spark curiosity and excitement about future career options in marine science, animal care and conservation.
This program is specifically designed for students entering grades 6-9. $35 General Middle School/Junior High Student. $25 Passholder Middle School/Junior High Student
