Fire & Ice Walk

Guests can watch artists create cool ice sculptures and warm up at fire pits along the Vermilion River. Have fun roasting S'mores, visit with sled dogs and ‘Frozen’ characters, learn about winter fun activities, and ride on the Little Green Choo train. There will also be Naturalist-led scenic snowshoe hikes as well as a variety of food trucks. Admission is $5.00 per person  and registration is REQUIRED. This guided tour highlights the canal’s vital role in the growth of Zoar, a thriving communal village. Learn how the canal shaped commerce, travel, and daily life in the 19th century, and discover the stories that connect these historic landmarks along this peaceful stretch of trail. 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
