Enchanted Forest
Meet costumed volunteers such as Caterpillar, Raccoon, Salamander, and Opossum while being guided by a quiet “Firefly” along a jack-o-lantern lined trail. These nocturnal characters sing, tell jokes and share stories of life in the woodlands and teach about the interconnectedness and importance of nocturnal species. Afterwards, stop by TWC’s Observatory and view the night sky through a powerful telescope. A FREE event, presented by Wayside Furniture, that gives visitors of all ages the opportunity to explore the trucks and vehicles that help keep the parks beautiful while collecting treats. Costumes are encouraged. The event is supported by Acme Fresh Market, Cleveland Clinic Akron General and Cleveland Clinic Children’s. 5-7 p.m.
