Looking for a fun, meaningful way to spend a Sunday afternoon with your kids? Come out and celebrate kindness at the Family Kindness Festival on Sunday, May 4, from 1 to 4 PM at Beachwood High School!
This FREE community event is all about bringing families together through creativity, connection, and compassion. With 30 amazing nonprofits, 28 inspiring student leaders, and 30 local schools all coming together, there’s something for everyone to enjoy—and so many ways to give back.
🎨 This year’s theme, “Be Kind-Hearted,” highlights how art can spark kindness in our communities. Families can dive into hands-on activities like tile painting, card-making for hospital patients, friendship bracelet crafting, Shrinky Dink keychains, and more! Plus, don’t miss live art from local painter Brandon Graves as he brings a masterpiece to life right before your eyes.
💫 Kids will love:
-
Gaga ball and interactive games
-
Henna tattoos and printmaking
-
Video games for older kids
-
Cool treats from East Coast Custard and Kona Ice
✨ Highlights include:
-
Meet local nonprofit heroes and discover how your family can help
-
Cheer on the Wigs for Kids Cut-a-Thon or even donate your hair!
