Secretary of State Frank LaRose visited Saint Adalbert’s new school to share with early learners the importance of voting through “Cat in the Hat”.
Students in preschool through second grade were locked in as LaRose read. When he finished, they were eager to ask questions and provide examples of how they vote right now. Many students asked questions about the Secretary of State’s role, while others provided examples of how they vote, like choosing between vanilla or chocolate ice cream. LaRose’s visit left a lasting impression on students as to the importance of exercising their right to vote.
