Embrace the challenge of change by committing to a consistent routine. Making time for a one-hour, total body workout can be the perfect way to stay balanced in a busy season. Whether you’re an early riser, a lunch bunch burner, or like to close out a good day with a great sweat, the studio is the best place to push your mental and physical resilience.

With over 10 Orangetheory locations in the Cleveland-metro area, you can choose between a variety of total body workouts to meet your needs:

  • Orange 60 – the signature Orangetheory workout! Designed to adapt to each member’s heart rate zones, this workout aims for 12-20 minutes in the “Orange Zone” (anaerobic) to help improve metabolism and burn calories post-workout.
  • Strength 50 – builds strength and lean muscle . Goal is to improve muscular endurance, enhance metabolic efficiency, and increase overall power while challenging participants to push their limits
  • Tread 50 – cardiovascular conditioning! Designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance and running performance. Goal is to improve VO2 max, boost stamina, and strengthen the lower body

However you’re starting this fall, we’re here to finish it strong with you. Take a deep breath, feel the fresh air, and tap that app to make YOU a priority — because this season of change could be your season of strength.
