Gervasi Vineyard is very pleased to announce that the Winter/Spring 2015 culinary and wine classes are now available for registration online!
From sushi to Neapolitan pizza, a winter brunch to a summer tapas party, and Gervasi chocolate desserts to knife skills 101, we have an exciting variety of culinary and wine experiences to pique your interest and your taste buds. In addition, New York pastry chef Nick Malgieri will be teaching a class on Italian pastries as a special guest of the Cucina in February, and we’ll be hosting a signing event for his new cookbook at the Marketplace.
