Whether you’re looking for a classic milk tea or a mermaid-inspired tea, we have a list to get your little ones excited.

Celebrate changing weather and sunshine with these beau-TEA-ful, Yelp-approved local businesses:

1.) HA!TEA – Kent

Did someone say over 100 drinks? Absolutely. For spring, you can find flavors like the pretty pink sakura or frozen coconut that acts like a fun slushy on a warm day. Plus, this biz is making boba every hour with honey and brown sugar. That means those sweet little bursts are made from the best ingredients. You can always expect the freshest boba and you will never be charged extra for them!

Tip: Calling all dietary restrictions! HA!TEA has plenty of dairy alternatives and vegan options, too.

Ming’s Bubble Tea

2.) Ming’s Bubble Tea – Kent

A veteran-owned business, Ming’s Bubble Tea prides itself on using the highest quality tea daily. It uses premium loose tea leaves, no tea powders, and all teas are brewed in house. Ming’s also is all about going green. All of its cups and lids are eco-friendly and recyclable, or you can bring your own cup to fill with delicious tea. Ming’s sells reusable bubble tea straws, too! Ming’s is doing its part to save the earth and serve up delicious drinks.

Tip: Ming’s has a wishing wall full of sticky notes from past customers, so write down your wishes and dreams and add it to the wall!

3.) Thai Thai – Lakewood

Thai Thai is creating the craziest bubble tea concoctions…and yes, there are sometimes full-size donuts on top. From unicorn to mermaid, you can always find the most unique tea drinks at this Lakewood shop. Topped with sprinkles and swirled with fun colors, these drinks are kid-friendly and picture perfect! Follow its Facebook page to see events posted about upcoming unique bubble teas, like unicorn day happening on May 11.

4.) Sugar Bowl – Willoughby

Sugar Bowl is serving up pho, macarons and bubble tea, too. for the kiddos, this step-by-step menu makes ordering fun and interactive for everyone! First, pick from oolong, black or green tea and decide on your sweetness level from 0-100%. Second, decide from more than 10 flavors. Try a simple strawberry for the little ones or a soothing, herbal lavender for mom. Third, pick from seven boba flavors or even jelly (maybe both). Voila! Sugar Bowl is making refreshing bubble tea as easy as possible and you can feel like the mastermind behind your creation.

Espresso cream, fruity loops, cinnamon toast… we could go on and on. Balance bubblistas are creating some amazing flavor combinations in their milk bubble tea. You can even create your own with up to two teas, honey or simple-syrup, dairy or almond milk, and up to two bubbles from tapioca or fruit juice. The best part? You can top off your milk tea with crushed Oreos or chocolate syrup. They have plenty of fruit teas to offer, as well!
