Winner: The Centers
The Centers provides community services and support through wellness, behavioral health, head start, learning and family support and workforce development programs. The Centers are transforming the former Cleveland Christian Home into the H.O.P.E. Campus (Healing, Opportunities, Partnership, and Empowerment), which serves youth residential services.
