To kick off Black History Month, the Cleveland International Film Festival and Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival have teamed up for “Lights, Camera, Unity: Celebrating Black Stories.”
The two-hour program is a compilation of powerful short films that recognize the significance and distinction of Black experiences in America. It will stream from 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1 through Sunday, Feb. 4. The program showcases nine dynamic, compelling short films that were part of last year’s CIFF and GCUFF festivals.
Tickets are on sale now, and are $8 for CIFF members and $10 for non-members. For more about the program, visit CIFF’s website.
CIFF48 will take place at PlayhouseSquare April 3-13. GCUFF13 will take place Sept. 19-27.
