Tickets will soon be available to tour the 2017 Lake County YMCA Dream House located at 5295 SOM Center Road in Willoughby.
Since 1993, proceeds from the Dream House project have exceeded $4 million for program and facility enhancements that allow the Y to engage children, families and seniors in diverse programs at each Lake County YMCA branch (Central Y-Painesville, West End Y-Willoughby, East End Y-Madison, and the Outdoor Family Center). The annual fundraising event gives supporters the opportunity to tour — and maybe win — the house of their dreams.
Built by Knez Homes, the 2017 Dream House is a two-tory colonial on a half-acre lot. The 3,565-square-foot home features a finished lower level, three car garage, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a great room, an office/studio, second floor laundry, morning room, entertainment center, and more.
A 2017 Chevy Malibu, provided by the Chevrolet Network and Classic Chevy, will be offered as a Separate Drawing donated by Classic.
Tickets are $15 each, or three or more for $13 apiece. Each adult 18 years or older needs a ticket to tour the 2017 Dream House Fundraiser. Each ticket serves as an entry into the drawing.
