The Greater Cleveland Aquarium will continue its popular Adult Swim Tasting Series in 2017 by hosting five unique tasting events throughout the year.
At each event, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy samples of wines, beers or liquors while learning more about aquatic species and exploring the aquarium, located on the ground floor of the historic FirstEnergy Powerhouse.
The 2017 Series Schedule is as follows, with each event taking place from 7-10 p.m.:
Friday, Feb. 3: Winter Wines & Chocolate
Friday, March 24: Whiskey
Friday, May 19: Summer Wines – Partnering with Animal Protective League
Friday, Sept. 8: Fall Beers
Saturday, Nov. 18: Xmas Ales & Ciders
Tickets are on sale now and include 20 tasting tickets, a souvenir tasting glass, light hors d’oeuvres, full access to the aquarium and a unique learning experience.

The Greater Cleveland Aquarium’s 2017 Adult Swim Tasting Series will benefit the Aquarium’s Splash Fund, a non-profit that contributes to education and conservation programs such as beach clean-ups and the protection of spotted turtles in Ohio. The Splash Fund also makes available free admission and busing for every fourth grade student in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District to visit the aquarium for a class program. Guests can learn more about the Splash Fund’s efforts while attending Adult Swim tastings.
