If you’ve been wanting to get downtown for a while, Halloween season is your next best chance: Tower City and Public Square are hosting several holiday-themed events on Saturday, Oct. 26. They include:
Fall Fun Day: Find games, crafts, entertainment and more at Public Square from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The lineup includes mini pumpkin painting, bubble and game station, coloring pages, temporary tattoos, fuse beads and other activities. Plus, the Cleveland Ghostbusters, Cleveland Public Library BookBike and story time, Sketch the Square and the Celestial Treats Concession Stand are not to be missed!
Spooky Tower: New this year, step inside Tower City and explore the Spooky Tower from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Be immersed in a world of ghosts, ghouls and games! Stroll through the haunted “grand hall” to see mysterious characters and other festive decorations before partaking in a Halloween craft.
Spooky Autumn Fest: For the ultimate Halloween hoopla, dress in your best spooky, scary or sparkly costumes and experience the Tower City Spooky Trick-or-Treat Town, taking place all day on Level 2, with an inflatable corn maze and bounce & slide, games and crafts such as a cauldron toss, pumpkin bowling and a witch’s ring toss, and spooky Autumn Stage Shows every hour on the hour. Plus, attendees can join a costume parade at 4 p.m. with characters, stilt walkers and more! (Event takes place from Noon-6 p.m.)
