Trick-or-Treat Fest at the Cleveland Zoo. Quirk-O-Ween. Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation will host Quirk-O-Ween at Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Ave., on Friday, October 18, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Activities include trick-or-treating, crafts, snacks, and an inflatable haunted house.
