Homeschoolers: Amazing Ants
Ages 7-12 learn about the fascinating world of ants. Discover what makes them so unique, view them up close using microscopes and learn how to make an ant farm at home. Registration is required. 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Pumpkin Carving
Create a seasonal work of art. BYOP (pumpkin, that is) or register to receive two per family. Carving utensils will be provided. At the end, creations will be lit up with candles and fan favorites will be crowned. This event will take place in the shelter with a fire and marshmallows, weather permitting. 6:30-7:30 p.m.
