Asian Lantern Festival is returning to Cleveland Metroparks Zoo beginning Friday, July 5 through Sunday, August 25.
Experience the wonder of Cleveland Metroparks Zoo illuminated after dark, featuring live acrobatic performances every hour on the Fifth Third Bank Stage and a variety of culturally-inspired cuisine at the MetroHealth Asian Food Market.
“Since the inception of Asian Lantern Festival, nearly one million visitors have experienced Northeast Ohio’s biggest summer event,” says Kelly Manderfield, chief marketing officer for Cleveland Metroparks. “Thanks to the support of our incredible community partners, we’re thrilled to offer guests all-new imaginative displays and more ways than ever to experience the festival with the addition of Dino Cove and Swan Voyage.” 
In its seventh year, Asian Lantern Festival promises all new large-scale displays and Instagrammable moments, including a 50-foot-tall pagoda, walk-through tunnels, and immersive themed areas including Crystal World and the Blooming Gardens.
In addition to the full walk-through experience Thursdays through Sundays from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the Zoo is excited to announce the return of the Asian Lantern Festival Drive-Through Experience. On select nights, guests will be able to drive-through the festival from the comfort of their personal vehicles.
