The Back to School Bash is a community collaboration helping children and families get ready for school with free:
• School Supplies
• Hair Cuts
• Sports Physicals
• Clothes
• Shoes
• Dental Services
• Books
• School Vaccinations
• Fun Activities!
Parents must bring vaccine and physical forms to receive vaccinations and physicals. Families in need of school supplies can place an applications in the month of July by calling the Salvation Army, Painesville at 440-354-3774.
