The Cuyahoga Valley Career Center (CVCC) will host a workshop for college bound seniors and their parents on Wednesday, Jan. 25 from 7-8:30 p.m.
This free event is an opportunity to hear representatives from College Now and the Foundation Center discuss how to research private scholarships, scholarship opportunities available to students from Northeast Ohio, foundation support, scholarship scams and how to write effective scholarship essays.

CVCC serves the public school districts of Brecksville-Broadview Heights, Cuyahoga Heights, Garfield Heights, Independence, Nordonia Hills, North Royalton, Revere and Twinsburg. Student Workshops and Adults Education courses are open and available to all residents of Northeast Ohio. The Career Center is located one mile east of the I-77/Wallings Road exit, opposite Wallings Road on Rt. 21.
