Carissa Godbott was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and currently resides in a suburb of Northeast Ohio. She is a wife to Darrick, and Mommy to Emma, Darrick II (in heaven) and Douglass (DJ). By day she works in Higher Education Administration, and by night she’s in front of a computer blogging at The Green Eyed Lady Blog. The Green Eyed Lady is a lifestyle and parenting blog where she discusses all things parenting, marriage, motherhood, travel and product reviews. She lives a life on the go as the mother of a preschooler and toddler; with school, therapy appointments (Speech, Occupational and Physical therapy), working, blogging, participating in church and community activities. When she has free time she enjoys spending time with her extended family, shopping, baking, family movie nights and enjoying Mexican Cuisine.
