Lake Humane Society’s 21st Annual Mutt Strut at Penitentiary Glen

This family friendly event is being held at Penitentiary Glen in Kirtland on Saturday, August 22. Admission is FREE and guests can enjoy the one-mile walk, canine games & contests, live music, chinese auction, adoptable dogs, demonstrations, shopping in the Mutt Mall and so much more.

Attendees who raise or donate $35 or more will receive a complimentary Mutt Strut t-shirt and a bandana for their pooch (while supplies last). A variety of prizes are awarded to fundraisers depending on what level they reach. The top 5 Adult Fundraisers and Top 5 Youth Fundraisers will be announced at the event and presented with prizes. The first 300 guests will receive an event goodie bag

Show your support for your local animal shelter & start raising pledges now. No donation is too small and all donations will immediately be put to use to help homeless animals in need.  Fundraisers can raise pledges one of two ways: They can create a personalized online fundraising page using FirstGiving, or they can print a pledge form and go door to door. LHS runs solely on donations and relies on the support of their community in order to continue their lifesaving work. ALL proceeds benefit Lake Humane Society and the homeless pets of Lake County.
