Step2 partnered with the Cleveland Indians on Thursday and donated over $3,100 in toys to Cleveland Clinic Children’s. The donation was presented during an event located at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation.

More than 20 patients and their families  were able to interact, play and have fun on the more than 20 Step2 play houses and toys being donated, including products specifically requested by Cleveland Clinic Children’s. Representatives from the Cleveland Indians, along with mascot Slider and two of the racing Sugardale Hot Dogs, were on hand to pass out gift bags and visit with families.

“Our goal is to help these children through the recovery process by providing them and their families with fun areas that encourage interactive play and bonding time that can be beneficial,” says Ashley Sullivan, senior brand manager of Step2. “We want to let kids be kids, no matter what setting they’re in, and what better way to do that than with toys?”
