If you are looking for fun and beautiful cakes, cupcakes and macarons, Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes is the place for you! Its Halloween menu includes different spooky macaron boxes with Frankenstein and pumpkin versions; cupcake platters; and two-tier cakes decorated with mini-ghosts!
