Celebrate cool weather and crunchy leaves with these Yelp-approved local businesses:
1.) Play Grounds – Lakewood
This coffee shop offers the perfect space for the modern momma. With yummy drinks to sip on and a play area for your kiddos, Play Grounds is a space for parents to meet friends while their little ones are occupied in a safe space. This fall, cozy up with one of its Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Hot or iced, this latte will get you in the autumn state-of-mind.
Tip: If your kiddo wants to join in on coffee talk, try the babyccino, a cute mug filled with steamed milk and a pop of cocoa powder on top.
2.) Mojo’s Coffee and More – Bay Village
Mojo’s is full of flavor this autumn. With a Maple White Mocha, Caramel Apple Frappe, Dark Chocolate Buckeye, an award-winning Pumpkin Spice Latte and so many more, its fall specials will fulfill even the pickiest of palates. Our favorite? The Chaider, a chai made with fall masala spices steamed with apple cider.

3.) Nervous Dog Coffee Bar – Stow (with locations in West Akron, Beachwood and Montrose)

This coffee shop has an intimate atmosphere, centered around a beautiful wooden coffee bar with leather couches. Nervous Dog is the perfect spot for mom or dad to unwind with a good book and a cozy drink.

4.) Beviamo Cafe – Cleveland (Tremont)
In the walkable neighborhood of Tremont, just south of downtown Cleveland, sits this spacious, dog-friendly coffee shop with an extensive autumn menu. From the Spiced Mocha with cayenne to an Autumn Spiced Cold Brew full of nutmeg, Beviamo’s unique drink menu is one of the best in Northeast Ohio.
Tip: Need to accommodate a dietary restriction? Beviamo offers plenty of milk alternatives and runs a plant-based kitchen.
5.) Scribbles Coffee – Kent
Scribbles offers a lovely organic and fair-trade menu that has options for the whole family. This autumn, check out its Steamed Apple Cider, Eggnog Latte, and the Snow Chogg (Chai & Eggnog). If you’re feeling funky, try the Partly Cloudy which has organic lemonade and espresso!
