Kristen Kelly, blogger at "Ready, Set, Parenthood!" provided readers with information about hand-foot-and-mouth disease, a common childhood infectious disease. Cleveland Metropark opened a new natural surface trail in Brecksville Reservation that provides access down into the Chippewa Creek Gorge. They also announced that a new half-acre nature play area in Brecksville Reservation is expected to open later this fall.
