The Fun at First & Main Summer Event Series is presented by Akron Children's Hospital and brought to you by Northeast Ohio Parent magazine. There is no admission fee to participate in the Scavenger Hunt and other activities. In addition to the scavenger hunt, kids can dance with hula hoops, find their way through an obstacle course, roll fitness dice, play corn hole, make​​ and take crafts, and more. One lucky scavenger hunt participant will win a grand prize that is currently valued at more than $350.

Cuyahoga County Public Library offers Free Summer Lunches for Youth

The library provides meals to underserved youth ages 18 or younger through a partnership with the Greater Cleveland Foodbank. Lunches are available while supplies last Monday through Friday through August 12. Last summer, more than 8,400 summer lunches were served to youth at six CCPL branch locations.
