The Guardians (or their predecessors) have played at Progressive Field since 1994. Since its establishment as a Major League franchise in 1901, Cleveland’s baseball team has won 10 Central division titles, six American League pennants, and two World Series championships.

The Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League, began in 2007 as the Lake Erie Monsters. The Monsters play home games at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, and won the AHL’s Calder Cup championship in 2016.

Lake County Captains
The Lake County Captains are a Minor League Baseball team in Eastlake that plays in the Midwest League as the High-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians. The Captains play their home games in Classic Park, which opened in 2003 and has a capacity of 6,157.
