The Fine Arts Association is holding a free, virtual theatre challenge from June 8-21 “to continue performing in this time when we cannot perform in public.”
Participants in the “Be A Star: The FAA Theatre Challenge” must take a video of themselves singing a song pr performing a monologue, and then upload the video to the Facebook event page.
There are four submission categories:
- Youth Monologue
- Youth Song
- Adult Monologue
- Adult Song
Prizes for each category are as follows:
- First Place: four ticket vouchers good for any performance (expire 12/31/2021)
- Second Place: two ticket vouchers good for any performance (expire 12/31/2021)
- Third Place: one ticket voucher good for any performance (expires 12/31/2021)
Videos need to be uploaded to the “Be A Star: The FAA Theatre Challenge” Facebook Event before June 21 at 11:59 p.m. The voting period runs from June 9 through July 05.
