Time is of the essence… Only one week remains to purchase tickets for a chance to win the Lake County Y 2016 Dream House (or a cash option of $250,000) and the opportunity to be in the drawing for a 2016 Chevy Malibu.
Everyone (18 and over) needs to purchase a ticket to tour the house and will be entered into the drawing to win it.
Tickets are $15 each, or $13 each for three or more tickets. Sunday, August 7, is the final day to purchase tickets and tour the beautifully furnished 2,700 sq ft contemporary colonial home built by Dawson Homes and decorated by an amazing team of local designers. It is designed with a rustic chic interior and bonus 1100 sq ft finished lower level with bar area. The home features three bedrooms, five baths, spacious kitchen with breakfast nook, and great room with a fireplace as well as a covered wrap around front porch, screened in back porch and three car garage
Individuals that purchase a 3 pack of Dream House tickets will also receive One entry in a second drawing to possibly win a 2016 Chevy Malibu (sponsored by The Chevy Network/ Classic Chevrolet). The more 3 packs purchased, the better chance to win the 2016 Chevy Malibu.
Tickets are available to purchase online www.lakecountyymca.org/tickets, by phone 440-354-5656, at any Lake County YMCA branch, or at the Dream House during tour hours 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Tickets will also be available in tents outside the West End Y (Willoughby), Central Y (Painesville) and East End Y (Madison) starting Friday, July 29 to August 7, Mon-Fri from 11am-1pm & 4-7 p.m. and Sat & Sun from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Twenty semi-finalists will be drawn on Wednesday, August 10 at 7 p.m. at the Dream House and Ten semi-finalists will be chosen from the tickets for the Chevy Malibu drawing. The winners will be determined on Sunday, August 14, at 2 p.m. at the Dream House where each semi-finalist will select a key to the house and the car. One key will open the door to the Dream House and another will unlock a box, which will contain the keys for the car making the key holder the winner!
Everyone is welcome to attend the final drawing on August 14.
The Dream House is located at 7711 Jo Ann Drive in the Stonebridge Development of Concord Township. This annual event will be ending soon, so don’t miss out!
