How long has it been since you printed photos from your phone or camera? Is scrapbooking a thing of the past? These are all questions I asked myself when I saw it was National Scrapbooking Day. We talked about this topic on-air during our morning show and found some great ideas on how to preserve your digital memories from listeners.
MOM’s…. you really need to check these out!
- ProjectLife – This app for only .99 cents is awesome. I’ve been playing with it all morning… Think of it as scrapbooking without the scissors or glue. Most of the pictures we take these days are on our phone anyway, so this is a great way to scrapbook them using ready-to-use themes. You can print your finished pages or share them on via email or social media.
- Groovebook – If you watch Shark Tank you may have heard of this company. Groovebook is an app that prints up to 100 of your phone photos and creates a beautiful 4.5″ x 6.5″ photobook and mails it to you monthly for $2.99 each month including shipping and handling. The photos are printed on glossy paper and perforated for easy removal. This is a brilliant idea. I just signed up! I was able to pick the 100 photos that I wanted, too. And another plus… no long term commitment. You can cancel anytime.
Do you have other apps or tools you use to preserve your digital memories! Let me know in comments.
