Go Green: Earth Day Around the Region

Looking to help the planet this week? Earth Day is on April 22 and to celebrate many area organizations are hosting community events to teach creative and unique ways to protect the environment. These events can feature crafts with recycle materials, story times, exploring nontoxic cleaning materials, earth-friendly exhibits and more.


Preschool Beach Bunch: Earth Day. Celebrate Earth Day with a story, craft and activity. 10-11 a.m. Lakeview Park, 1800 W. Erie Ave., Lorain, 440-245-1193, metroparks.cc
