Registration opens today for free online arts classes offered by Fairmount Center for the Arts. Classes are offered via Zoom or YouTube and cover a range of topics, including dance, art, theater, music and fitness. While the classes are free, registration is required.

When it became evident that local healthcare workers were running low on personal protective equipment due to the rise of COVID-19 cases, the Lake Ridge Academy robotics team realized they could help. A team of parents and students assembled to produce face shields and N-95 style face masks, which are being donated to local companies in need of equipment.
