Northeast Ohio Parent magazine’s Cover Kids contest returns for the second year! We received close to 200 entries for children, ages 0-17, from across the region. There were many smiling faces, unique shots and great photography by our readers! A big thanks goes out to all the parents who submitted photos of their children for consideration.
Our panel of judges — which included Northeast Ohio Parent writers, editors, designers and other staff — had to make some tough decisions. We narrowed down our choices to 10 winners and 13 runners-up.
The winners will receive a cover photo shoot for one of our 2017-18 Northeast Ohio Parent issues.
(Missed this year’s contest? Don’t worry! Submit your child’s photo (ages 0-13) for the 2018 Cover Kids contest. Send a photo to [email protected]. Please include your child’s name and age, plus parent’s name, address and phone number to be considered.)

Hi Tony – We will announce 2018 winners in our upcoming July issue! That issue also includes information about how to enter the 2019 contest. We accept entries year-round. To enter, submit a candid photo of your child (no professional photos will be accepted), along with his/her name and age, plus your name, address, email and phone number, to [email protected]. You may submit multiple children, but only one photo entry per child. Please send individual photos of each child. Thanks!
