Cafe O'Play has added new services to assist parents who are juggling childcare and work. Its Work With Care and Second Eye services provide enrichment and supervision to children of varying ages while parents work, visit with friends or catch up on projects.

Cleveland Metroparks, in partnership with Cleveland Water Alliance and a coalition of shoreline communities around Lake Erie, is launching a three-year project that will empower residents with low-cost technology to monitor water quality and contribute to the health of their watersheds.

Registration opens this Wednesday for the Great Lakes Science Center program, open to children in kindergarten through eighth grade, which will provide children with the supports of a school day: an educator to facilitate the work provided by their school, workspace, Internet access, a lunch break, and supervised, outdoor recess.
